Fully dovetailed cases with slatted sliding doors as well as hand-cut kumiko inlay, and soft-close storage drawer with crafted decorative pull. The hand-dyed dark finish on the Sapele is offset by the Maple kumiko and white rice paper backing, topped with an oil/wax mixture and buffed to a satin finish and soft glow. This piece was crafted as a companion piece to the Sapele couch base that it shares a space with.
